Including the high cost of education in Indonesia, inadequate facilities and low opportunities for equal distribution of education. In this article I will discuss the low of level of education equality in Indonesia. Indonesia is a country that consist of many separate islands. Maybe that is one of the obstacles why education in Indonesia is still uneven. The government still cannot regulate how education in Indonesia is distributed equally. There are so many facts about the lack of equitable education in Indonesia. Like school in big cities that have high-rise buildings, while school in the village buildings are sometimes rather damaged especially those in remote areas to access roads to school sometimes very difficult. The government is busy to improve education in the city alone and forget that in the villages also need government attention for education. Then also regarding teacher professionalism, the teachers in the city schools are certainly professional teachers. But for schools in the villages are the teachers professional? Not necessarily. In Indonesia if you want education evenly, try to provide professional teachers to teach in the village. So that the people in the village are no less smart than people in the city. Indonesia for teacher salaries does not meet the minimum wage standard. The salary of teachers whose job is to educate the children of the nation is inferior to the salaries of employees who work in companies with leader from abroad. Fear that most people are more interested in becoming employees than in becoming a teacher. And how teachers can become professional teachers if their interests are lost enough because of the salary.

            For the problems of education in Indonesia, some solutions can be taken from education in Swiss countries. Swiss is a country that prioritizes education for its citizens. Education in Swiss is fairly equitable because none of its citizens are illiterate. It has proven that education in Swiss is evenly distributed. The government in Swiss builds schools and provides professional and complete learning facilities. In this country too, education at the elementary level or basic education such as elementary school, junior high school, and senior high school is free without any fees. So there are no citizens who don’t go to school or drop out of school because of the cost. For a teacher’s salary in Swiss is quite large. Even In Swiss it was ranked 2^nd in the salary of the world’s largest teacher. No wonder the Swiss teachers are very professional. Because the education they took to become a teacher can be avenged with a sizable salary. After we compare education in Indonesia with Swiss, it is quite different. Indonesia could have the same education as a Swiss. But Indonesia has its own obstacles, like separate islands, while Swiss does not.
